IPCams Account

An IPCams Account is an easy way to sync IPCams Pro purchases across devices. It allows you to sign in with your email address and share your IPCams Pro purchase with devices that may not share the same App Store account.

Normally with App Store subscriptions, all devices need to be signed into the same Apple App Store account. This works for most people but can be frustrating when you have another device (like a work phone) on a different iCloud account. Signing in with an IPCams Account will let you share that subscription to a device that is not normally authorized.

Device Limits

IPCams Accounts have a limit on the number of devices that can be signed in at the same time. Free user can sign into 5 devices concurrently. IPCams Pro subscribers can sign into 10 devices, while IPCams Pro Plus subscribers can sign into 20 devices.

Camera & Account Sharing

An IPCams Account does not allow you to share cameras and other IPCams data across devices that are not signed into the same iCloud account. It is only for purchase sharing at the moment. We are looking into supporting this in the future, but do not have a definitive timeline.
